At W LOADOUT, we stand behind every tactical soak you order. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry — we offer a straightforward 30-day return and refund policy.

    You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Original Condition Required
    To qualify, the product must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging (including accessories or manuals if applicable).
  • Proof of Purchase
    Include your order number or receipt when contacting us — this helps us locate your purchase quickly.

⚠️ Please note: Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or incomplete may not qualify for a full refund.

🧭 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at wloadoutsup@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • A short reason for the return

We’ll get back to you with return instructions and the shipping address.

📦 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we may cover shipping or provide a prepaid label.
  • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so we can confirm receipt.

🚫 Do not send your item back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

💳 Refund Timeline

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for the credit to appear, depending on your bank.

If your return doesn’t meet the criteria, we’ll let you know. Ineligible returns can be shipped back to you at your expense.
