At W LOADOUT, we’re committed to getting your gear to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping — from processing to delivery.


📦 Order Processing

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During this time, we verify your payment, prep your items, and securely package your gear.
  • Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
  • High-Demand Seasons: During sales or peak periods, there may be slight delays — we’ll always communicate transparently if things are running behind.

🌍 Shipping Regions & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide. Delivery time estimates after dispatch:

  • USA & Canada: 8–15 business days
  • Europe & UK: 8–15 business days
  • Asia & Pacific: 8–15 business days
  • Other Countries: 10–20 business days depending on destination

📌 Note: These are estimated ranges. Delivery may vary due to local carrier speed, customs clearance, or regional access.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Tracking

  • We ship using trusted international carriers (such as local post, DHL, FedEx, UPS — depending on your location).
  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 1–3 business days for tracking updates to activate.

🏠 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can lead to delays or lost shipments. If you catch a mistake after ordering, contact us immediately at wloadoutsup@gmail.com.


💸 Shipping Fees & Import Taxes

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout. Flat-rate and free shipping offers (if available) will be clearly shown.
  • International Duties/Taxes: For non-domestic orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These are set by your local government and are the buyer’s responsibility.

📦 Multiple Items

In most cases, multiple items will ship together. If items come from different fulfillment locations, you may receive separate packages with separate tracking numbers — all at no extra cost beyond what was shown at checkout.


Delays & Issues

Delays can happen due to weather, customs, or carrier disruptions. If your tracking hasn't updated or your order seems stalled, reach out and we’ll investigate.


📬 Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If tracking says "delivered" but you haven’t received your order — or if the package is stuck — email us at wloadoutsupport@gmail.com. We’ll coordinate with the carrier and either replace or refund your order.
  • Damaged Items: If anything arrives damaged, please send photos of the packaging and product. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
